Integrative massage is a therapeutic treatment focused on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and overall functional wellness. A variety of advanced massage techniques are used to work with muscle, fascia, joints, connective tissue, and circulation. Treatments are done over the clothing, and may also incorporate abdominal/visceral work as well as cranial/sacral techniques as needed.
